latest news..
REGISTRATION ON LINE IS NOW CLOSED
We've had a very late run on registrations and enquiries since we closed registrations on Sunday.
We are not wanting to turn people away but logistics of this event really require us to know who's coming in advance so we can plan accordingly.
We have a few places for people who show up and register and pay in full at the gate, but we are close to our maximum numbers.
Please do not register late and expect a discount!
just to clarify:
A full 5 day event pass costs $320 and entitles you to full participation in the convergence and includes ALL MEALS.
A day will cost you $110 which includes lunch
